If you live in a small house, you may well constantly find that you struggle for space. If you want to create more space then you will need to become more economical with the items that you own. Often in life, we build up a vast collection of items that we do not need. Having these tucked away in drawers and cupboards and forgetting all about them means that they are just taking up space when we do not need them.
Be strict with yourself and go through all of your possessions and sort them out into three piles. One to keep, one for sale or charity, and one to dispose of. Redecorate
