I’m sure you can imagine that mealtimes in our house are a messy business. Placemats are an absolute must have item.
This London placemat from Scarlet Willow is one of the nicest I have come across. It is cleverly and beautifully illustrated with numbers 1-10 and London landmarks. My two year old likes to point out the numbers, while my London obsessed 5 year old likes working out what the landmarks are.
The placemat would make a beautiful gift for a special occasion as it come beautifully packaged in a scarlet sleeve.
I do think the price is expensive at £21.50 for an everyday purchase, but for a Christening or special birthday present it would be a lovely gift.
