Learn to Bake

I loved the last series of The Great British Bake Off, and really enjoyed the app linked to the series.

The number of cakes baked in our house has most definitely increased in the last few months, due to the app and the fantastic Learn to Bake book, which contains 80 very easy and very yummy recipes.

I’m going to let my photo’s do the talking.

Believe it or not that is only the beginning!

Almost every recipe in the book I want to try, if you like baking you NEED this book. I absolutely 100% recommend it. I made all the above and I’m not the best cook. It really is that easy.

I also made a variant of the Bonfire Brownies using Reese’s peanut butter cups here.
