Melissa and Doug – High Sea Symphony from VUPbaby

Modified: Nov 27, 2012 · Published: Feb 27, 2012 by admin · This post may contain affiliate links or sponsored content

We love a bit of music in our house, I play the piano exceptionally badly but the kids love to sing along to ‘Baa baa black sheep’ whilst banging a drum or waving a shaker about.

H was over the moon when this set of beautiful musical instruments arrived from VUPbaby. As soon as I handed her the instruments she started clacking and jingling them around pointing to the piano for a bit of back up.

Each of the instruments makes a different noise. H’s favourite was the Hippo clacker, she has also added the words ‘hippo’ and ‘crab’ to her ever expanding vocabulary.

The instruments themselves are fantastic quality, and very easy for children to hold and shake. All three of my children have really enjoyed playing with them, which I think makes them a great value and very long lasting toy.

You can see from the photo’s that the instruments are very solid and chunky, perfectly sized for little hands.

The instruments are recommended for children 18 months and upwards and are Wood-BPA free, Phthalate free and PVC free.

VUPbaby has a fantastic selection of Melissa and Doug toys on their site, you can see them all here.

We received the High Sea Symphony set free of charge to review, all words and opinions are my own.

Discount code MUM10  will give you 10% off at VUPbaby until the end of March
