A big treat from Warner Brothers

I had big plans for this half term, we were going to have a lovely lazy day on Monday and I had activities set up for all the other days. I’ve been really looking forward to having Z at home with me a bit more.

However, Baby H caught a cough and cold over the weekend and has been very miserable. The last two nights have been awful, she has been inconsolable, leaving me very tired and Baby H not really up to leaving the house.

So today, I had to cancel plans we had with Z’s friends and we tried to make the most of another day at home. Before long we were immersed in treasure hunts and lego building, but it was all a bit difficult with a baby who just wanted to be cuddled.

When the door bell rang, I heaved a huge sigh of relief hoping it would be our half term DVD package from Warner Brothers.

Z ripped open the parcel excitedly and was over the moon to find not only Scooby-Doo DVD’s and a Looney Tunes Box Set, but a magazine, Scooby-Doo sweets and Maltesers as well.

Once i got Baby H down to sleep we settled down to watch some Scooby Doo with Scooby snacks at hand. Z could not have been happier! He LOVES Scooby-Doo and I think associates it as special ‘grown up’ time with me as his sisters are a bit young still.

Tomorrow over nap time, I plan to introduce him to Taz, my favourite  Looney Tunes character. I’m not sure who is more excited.

Thank you Warner Brothers, you have made one little boy very happy today.

I received the DVD package to review, all words and opinions are my own.
