Crayola Dual-sided Dry-Erase Board Set

Published: Sep 2, 2012 by admin · This post may contain affiliate links or sponsored content

We seem to use a LOT of paper in our house as all three children love to draw. So when I saw the new Crayola Dry Erase Board I thought it would be a great way to reduce our paper use as well as making writing a bit more fun for Z and S. Z can get quite frustrated if he is writing a story and then makes a spelling mistake as he likes everything to be perfect so the white board has been fantastic for him as he can rub out mistakes easily.

The Dual-sided board has is a whiteboard on one side and  a blackboard ( not for chalk though ) on the other side. Both sides use the dry erase crayons. The crayons work brilliantly on both sides. Z likes to draw planets and stars on the black side.

I can think of hundreds of uses for the dry erase board with children, we’ve been practising sums, writing stories and shopping lists, leaving notes for each other or just doodling. I think it is fantastic.

The board comes with a pack of crayons, which are great for drawing, but I bought the pens just to make writing a bit easier for Z. You can also get packs of cards to use with the dry erase pens. I bought the ones with letters on for S, as she is just beginning to write.

The dry erase board retails at about £9.99 and comes with the crayons. The pens were an additional £4.99. You can find more details here.

We were sent the dual board set to review.
