MOKURU

Fed up of fidget spinners? Get the kids into MOKURU instead. This simple, fun toy is set to be a new craze with children over summer.

The smart little gadget is already a huge hit in Japan, created by Mr. Masakazu Node in 2010. His motto: “ Don’t create toys that are safe and easy to play, create toys that can bring joy and happiness.”

MOKURU was originally designed to test an individual’s balance and focus, as a break from work to be used at a desk, but we think it’s so much more than a desk toy.

We’re only just beginning to master MOKURU, but I know it’s something that’s going to play a big part in our summer. Our next skill to master is making a triangle! Video to come soon.

MOKURU looks so simple that we were very surprised at how much you can do with it. Search on YouTube to find out more.

MOKURU is available in lots of different colours, so you can build a collection and create tricks with more than one.

There are fakes out there so take care to make sure it’s a real MOKURU. A real MOKURU is made from beech wood and designed to have perfect balance.
