Pig Cupakes

Published: Mar 20, 2021 by admin · This post may contain affiliate links or sponsored content

My 12 year old made these for a school baking competition and they came out so well I wanted to share them.

We used a basic sponge recipe to make the cupcake and then piped pink icing onto the top. The ears and nose are pink sugar paste and the eyes are Wilton candy eyes.

Basic sponge recipe

125g unsalted butter

125g caster sugar

125g self raising flour

2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

Mix everything together until you get a smooth mixture and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees or until starting to turn brown.
